Founded in 2005 in Utrecht the Netherlands we are a young and growing software company creating innovative products. We operate from our office in The Netherlands, where we create and manage innovative online services. Examples of our products include a funny video website and a platform for advertisers to manage and run their own advertisement campaigns.

Job (part-time): graphics designer
Nova Group is working on several (new) projects which require design work. Existing projects (such as the Adperium UI design) also require layout upgrades. We are looking for a UI Designer with strong creative skills and experience building website layouts. You will be working closely together with a small team of young enthusiastic colleagues at our office in Utrecht.
Your tasks will be to design and implement web sites that are not only pleasing to look at, but also have a design that is practical to use.
Qualifications:
- Graphics design experience
- English skills: good to fluent
- Detailed & organized
- Team player, can work in groups
- Up to date with the latest web technologies
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage

Internship: publisher account manager

In order to grow the Adperium publisher business, we are looking for an intern/student who will assist us in this task.
Your tasks will consist of researching, contacting an negotiating deals with top publishers world-wide. Communication will be mostly by email and phone.
Qualifications:
- University-level (in Dutch: HBO of WO) experience (advantage: Communication/Business/Marketing studies)
- Fluent English (advantage: other languages)
- Passion for sales & negatiation
- Pro-active, motivated approach
